I upgraded my two workstations (at home and at the Technion) to Mandrake
8.2. Both work perfectly fine, as well as the used to before, and then
some. Some things had definitely improved between 8.1 to 8.2.

Naturally, there are those cute little bugs that surface during the
upgrade. But, then again, Mandrake is not Debian and does not presume to
be.
