This seems like the simplest solution. Most of us are subscribed to 
more than one mailing list. Those who insist on using Hebrew, can 
simply join the linux-il-heb list. I personally will join it. 
One point should be taken to mind though : It's my experience, and I'm 
sure a lot of you will agree, that people that prefer posting in 
hebrew are usually newbies. And as such, they don't belong in this 
list simply because of the nature of the question, not because of the 
language. 
I'm betting that 90% of the list's subscribers type faster, and more 
comfortably, in English :)
