How can you benchmark C compilers with Fortran code? :)

I assume you compared g77 (GNU's Fortran 77 compiler) to some sort of
commercial Fortran compiler... Yes, I know technically g77 is part of
gcc ("Gnu Compiler Collection"), but still...
