Been down that lane a few months ago. I once loooked into the sources to
figure out how to fix it; it's too large to do so without better docs. I was
told (you? Dekel Tsur?) that somebody is working on fixing Hebrew support in
latex2html, but I haven't heard anything since. Japanese support yes, but
bidi? Unicode?
