Do you think you can do it better on your own? Start FreeLindows, or
Freendows.

His cause is no more noble than to make as much money as he can. That is
fine with me, as long as he follows the rules (e.g: doesn't violate the
license of (L)GPL-ed programs. According to a link in the story, their
version of wine is indeed the version from the main development tree.
