I've been using NetSaint for almost 2 years. Together with the sendsms script from Nadav and/or Alon (I forgot which one I'm using), it allows me to be always aware, in real-time, of the status of our network (some 20 servers, 6 routers, 4 switches, etc. I don't check the printers). It has saved my ass more than once.
