Hello ! I am trying to compile gnome2 again now in the order that is written in Gnome2's Release Notes but when I'm trying to compile the ORBit package I get a message saying that I don't have linc.pc on my path, so I appended it and tryed again, than I got:
configure: error: Failed to find alignment. Check config.log for details. After trying to check the COBRA_octet thing. config.log contains nothing useful except the message and the routine itself. I'm runing RedHat 7.3 and compile everything under root.
