Title: RE: palm tools for linux

I wrote an article about it in the linux journal about  1 or 2  years ago ,
the free tools are now maintained by palm ,

goto www.palm.com and go the the developer zone , all you need is there , except for IDE.
I personally use the the GCC and Assebmler , but there are JAVA and BASIC as well...

tell me if you need any more help ...

Subject: palm tools for linux

Where can u get development tools for the palm that are free to use and
distribute, i.e gpl.
For example, i want to write a palmos 3 compatible program with some
database capability(nothing serious to keep it small) and write a
conduit for it that gets data from the internet and transform it to the
program at hotsync.
And of course the not paying a peny to compile and ditribute freely
part. (did i mention that already :)
Of course i won't use the palm to program, so i'll need an emulator and
a compiler (can gcc do it?) and some button and database libs, and
conduit sdk of some kind for linux.
p.s: please don't write about a 60$ only(like hpascal), etc.. because i
am not going to pay a cent and i want it to be gpled.
