Very nice idea. A the person that was part of doing at least some of 'summits' you mention I have an advice for you - Why don't you start small and organize *one* such meeting? if it works you can take it further. If you need help finding a place to meet or moeny (I don't see yet why you need money at this stage) email me privatly and I will help you get it.
