The situation is like that:
I have UDP server making bind to INADDR_ANY and to some specific port.
When I connect to this computer with modem/PPP new interface appears.
Server does not receive packets that came through PPP interface. I can
fix it with closing socket and rebinding it but I do not want to do
it - through this socket I receive another connections from Ethernet.
Question - how to rebind listening socket without closing it ?
