Oy vey... I see now I just made the ultimate blooper. This was meant as a
private email to the auther of the original message but due to the
fact I ws sending it from an Internet cafe in Vienne using a Germen
interface (and I don't know Germen...) I sent it to the list.

Since this is situation I feel the only right thing to do is to explain
the situation, so as not to hurt neither me nor Qlusters.

I worked for Qlusters 4 months until I quit. Since my departure two more
people parted ways with Qlusters. In all cases this had nothing to do with
money issues and for the best of my knowledge the financel standing of
the companay is VERY well. In this time and age, I think it says something
very positive about the company.

Having said that, I had major disagreements with the company officials
about various subjects, both profesionals and otherwise. I decided then
to do the only honorable thing, which was to leave and I did. It is
normal for people (be they employees, friends or partners) to have
a difference of opinions and no one should make a big deal of that.

It so happend that my views were shared by several people that parted
ways with Qlusters about now. My email (meant for one of them) simply
meant to state that several people leaving a company in a short while,
under whatever circumstances, has a cost for the company. This is something
I stated to the powers that be there as well and they disagreed. Hence, the
email I sent, which again, was supposed to be private.

I never meant any harm to qlusters and I wish them all the luck in the
world. It's just so happen that it isn't a working place I want to work
in nor it seems I am the employee Qlusters is interested in. That's all.

Nothing to see here, move on...

Gilad.
