Hi all, I am having a problem when I re-compile my kernel (in Gentoo 1.2).
When I run make menuconfig, I can see that Keyboard Support is enabled in Input Core Support, but after I do make dep clean bzImage modules modules_install and copy bzImage to /boot, when I reboot, the kernel doesn't see my keyboard. I can't do dmesg, because I can't type anything, but I noticed during bootup that a message appears saying something like "AT keyboard not present(ed)." Does anyone have any idea what I am doing wrong? Is there some other option I need to enable (or disable) so that my keyboard is recognized?
