The issue's theme is internationalization. The cover artist seems to
be trying to convey this idea via a keyboard that can type lots of
different writing systems.
But if you're really curious, you can always e-mail
<[EMAIL PROTECTED]>. (It's not like I have anything to do with these
decisions!)
