I had the very same problem a couple of weeks ago and then I tried GNU httptunnel and it works really well (except for limitations stated in it's docs): http://www.gnu.org/software/httptunnel/httptunnel.html Mind you, after installing configuring and trying it I found out I actually do have a SOCK5 proxy available which you can SSH (and other protocols) through - I was just not aware of it - I wont be surprised if ISA supports SOCK4 or 5 as well - did you try it?
