A mid-summary of the discussion, for EVERYBODY:

I don't think that they planned to have a conference, but a working
meeting. I don't know if they have a room for unexpected participants.
And there is no very active chairman that is so strict in giving the
permission to talk (it's not a meeting of a Knesset Committee...).

Imagine that instead of a meeting of Peli with Motti and Ilan, they
were "open" enough to allow more people to join the meeting. But I'm
sure that nobody planned to have 30-40 participants.

So please be gentle, and don't come unless you have something important
to contribute (or were included in the original list).

If you come nevertheless, call Oracle before (not an hour before, but
immediately on Sunday's morning) and RSVP (don't ask me who to talk
with; I'm not the organizer... If they don't have a clue, ask for
Ilan). Otherwise, embarrassing things may happen (like no room for a
half of the people, or no chairs, or not enough glasses...).

Even if you decide that your company/organization has a lot to
contribute, it doesn't mean that ALL of you should come (even if the
name of the organization is "HaMakor"... ;-). You may send one
representative instead (or even more than one in the case of HaMakor).
