I beg to differ (about MS's standards support). At my workplace we have to deal a lot with browsers and their quirks (they are the interface to everything we do) and to how sites are designed to work with them and we see improvements towards the standard support as IE moved from 5.0 to 5.5 and now 6.0. I suspect the problem is less in IE support for standards (which is getting better) and more in education of site builders who got used to the notion that "good looking sites can't be based on standards", something which might have been true years ago but no longer so. > > This is why Netscape freed the Mozilla sources - to stop Microsoft from being > able to do that.
