Hello all

I have a question for you all.

I have just been spammed by my ISP (namely, Bezeq International) and I have the
headers to proove it:

Received: from marco.bezeqint.net (marco.bezeqint.net [192.115.106.37])
by mail.vidius.co.il (Postfix) with ESMTP id 9CCBD70026
        for <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>; Wed, 2 Apr 2003 12:32:36 +0000 (UTC)

It is clear that the address this message was sent to, [EMAIL PROTECTED], was
harvested from the ISOC database, in contradiction with their terms and conditions. I
have never given this address in any other opportunity.

My question is: If you complain to the ISP when you are spammed by someone in their
address range, who do you complain to when the ISP spams you? Is there a higher body
which controls what the ISPs in Israel can or can't do? Is the ISP's upstream provider
the only avenue for my complaint?
