Note that I only worked with Mozilla and SourceForge. (and maybe a few
others that I cannot remember). It would help to know what you are looking
for in a bugtracker that bugzilla cannot provide. Saying "it's not enough"
is not very helpful.

What exactly do you mean by "project management" system? Project
Management can mean any number of things.
