XLib documentation is a great material to read if you're in the toilet - I can attest that ;) God, I like X, but not the organization behind it. X11R6.6 purposal was given 2 years ago, and not much has been done since then (ok, there's IPV6 purposal.. yawn)... Here's a hope that Keith XWIN fork will change something (the development of X outside XFree86 is..so...sssslllooowww).. I still remember the days where Sun engineers would have laughed about XFree86 (that was only 2 years ago) and look who leads now... Sorry for being offtopic..
