This is silly. If your public key is public, *anybody* could upload it
to a keyserver anytime in the future. One of the 25 people who just signed
your key might choose to upload your key when they're done. In fact, it's
the most obvious thing for them to do.

I find it very strange that someone might not want his public key to be
public. Could you give us a scenario why this might make sense?
