I've a question on the matter:

How do you go about setting up such a system ? What are the hardware/software
requirements ?

Hi,
The YES remote control is apparently an OEM Pace RC 10. That solved the problem, as the Pace RC 10 unit is documented.
Thanks,

If there is a way to record the signals from the remote control and reuse them? They might be using non-standard codes.

Hi linux-il list,
I want to control my YES settop box using an IR transmitter on a Linux box. The problem is that the YES box only recognizes the command I send about 50% of the time. Has anyone controlled a YES box reliably from Linux?
