Nadav can use what ever he likes the problem here is with you're mailer not the language he uses.
Try Mozilla's mailers -
I'm currently using thunderbird which is light tight and full of might -
sees hebrew perfectly and has all kinds of cool shortcuts, features , on write spell checking and more.
