To tell you the truth, I read the article, and I don't see an immediate cause for outrage just on the basis of the article. Microsoft is a big company, and it specifically targets the government sector as a market. Many big companies do. So M$ organize a conference specifically for government representatives, and there will be a minister from Israel giving a talk. So what? It is a problem only if the Israeli government gives M$ preferential treatment, e.g. by consistently refusing to attend government-oriented conferences organized by M$ competitors. At the Go-Linux event there were several representatives of the Israeli government, including a minister with a real portfolio, who also gave a talk. Was *that* a problem? -- Oleg Goldshmidt | [EMAIL PROTECTED] ================================================================= To unsubscribe, send mail to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with the word "unsubscribe" in the message body, e.g., run the command echo unsubscribe | mail [EMAIL PROTECTED]
