I must admit I haven't seen a more cynical job offer. In a few words, it can be summarized as follows:

We're looking for an excellent person who'd agree to work for us for pennies. T

You might look at it as cynical but -
Yes I'm looking for someone excellent and yes this is an entry level position meaning -
we're actually looking for somebody with little or no work experience which is sitting now at home, wondering how come all of the other companies filter out his CV while he has done tons of open-source work which look to other employers as a silly hobby and do not consider it to be real experience.

Why does it matter what other employers think about the candidate? Especially since you fully realize their opinion is unjustified.

I admire you're ability to psychanalyze me so quickly and find out I'm an idiot.

I admire myself, too. After all, the fact one ends up in the list isn't all about the person; the list is certainly a sorted one. Keep posting and you'll be ranked properly.

But I'm sure people that have just finished a degree and working guarding mall's at daytime and hacking at night (ask hetz - it has happened before) -
will appriciate the posibility to find their first job in computers a bit more then you do.

How proud are you of utilizing one's misfortune for the benefit of your company! I wonder that you don't feel ashamed sharing such thoughts in public, especially among potential employees. Oops, sorry - I forgot you're in the "idiots" list...
