I use 9.2 for over a month. Overall, it feels more robust than 9.1. I no longer experience any freezes, crashes etc. There are no major new features, but the increased stability and maturity is a great bonus.
If you have LG CD-ROM, make sure you read the errata linked from Mandrake's site and have the drive's fiemware upgraded before you try the install. Also, as soon as you upgrade make sure to update security fixes/bugs - there's quite a few of them. There's a problem with disappearing KDE menus after massive software updates. This happens on new installations and is easily cured by running update-menus. Other than that, I'm a happy camper. For other errata, you can check Mandrake's site errata page. You can get a review-link, installation guide and other tips in the following links: http://www.whatsup.org.il/modules.php?op=modload&name=News&file=article&sid=2269 http://www.whatsup.org.il/index.php?name=PNphpBB2&file=viewtopic&t=6530 --- Shlomo Solomon <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > Has anyone on the list installed/upgraded to MDK > 9.2?
