Howdy, Assume the following situations:
- A Linux NFS client - An NFS server, listening on either UDP or TCP (the client doesn't know which). The client will try contacting the server on TCP first. Assuming it fails, will it fallback to UDP? looking at the code in the kernel, nope. Looking at the util-linux NFS mount code, I'm not sure but I don't think so. Does anyone know? Experimentation will take place soon, if no authoriative answers come up, and I'll let the list know what I discover.
