Very difficult to come across nowadays in your neighbourhood computer
shop, AFAIK. Your favourite shop may be an exception, but these
vendors' market share is small compared to nVidia and ATI[1]. Intel make
on-board cards to be sure, but we are (OK, I was) talking of
standalone cards here.

[1] No, I did not do a serious market research. This is, however, my
personal impression (have not seen or been offered a Matrox or an
S3 card for a long time), and it is also a firm assertion by
several colleagues whose business it is to know (made in
discussions unrelated to my personal search for a graphics card).
