I know how this looks like. I encountered it once when
upgrading from 9.1 to 9.2rc2 but I don't recall doing
anything special other than fixing manually all font
settings.

Just in case something in your local KDE settings is
broken, try to create a new user and log in. If you
can not change settings for that user as well then it
might be something on the system level, otherwise it
might be reasonable to look for the konqueror setings
under ~/.kde and try to delete them.
