I've also been looking for something like this. But, after installing and setting up preferences exactly as explained on the site, it doesn't work for me. The mozex plugin is installed and there's a new preference item and I also see a new mozex entry on the right-click menu. But when I click (or right-click) on a mailto: link, kmail doesn't get started. If anyone has this working, I'd appreciate some help.
