I often get phone calls from collegues telling me that I have a virus and I should clean it. I answer them that I don't use Windows, and the virus they got was from a mutual friend of ours, with my name forged on it. Viruses rarely arrive from well-managed mailing list. This is because they are usually blocked by various filters: mailing lists often block (at least until a moderator approves them) mails that are too long, or contain attachments (or attachments of certain types). I assume that linux-il's mailing list manager does the same, and wouldn't have passed a virus into the list. -- Nadav Har'El | Wednesday, Feb 18 2004, 27 Shevat 5764 [EMAIL PROTECTED] |----------------------------------------- Phone: +972-53-790466, ICQ 13349191 |Unix is simple, but it takes a genius to http://nadav.harel.org.il |understand its simplicity. ================================================================= To unsubscribe, send mail to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with the word "unsubscribe" in the message body, e.g., run the command echo unsubscribe | mail [EMAIL PROTECTED]
