To the linux-il list and Ira Abramov in particular,
Recent discussions on the HaMakor discussion list have reminded me of
misbehavior on my part for which I owe both you and Ira a public apology.
There were in the past misunderstandings between Ira and myself regarding
the rights to use equipment that I purchased from Ira, and later regarding
the administrative contact for the linux.org.il domain. These were honest
misunderstanding for which there is no need for anyone to apologize.
Unfortunately, in the course of the misunderstandings, I used some very
uncouth and abusive language towards Ira. There would be reason enough to
apologize if I had done this in private. What made the offense an order of
magnitude worse is that I used this language in a public forum, and posted
correspondence that was sent to me in private to a public forum. I am sure
that these inconsiderate actions caused hurt to Ira and probably
embarrassed others on this list as well. To you and to Ira in particular I
apologize.
