I don't understand. Are you talking about linux-il, the mailing list, or iglu.org.il, the web site? What does linux-il have to do with the "PostNuke permission system"? And isn't linux-il actually being run by someone else (namely, Ely Levy)? And besides, since when is posting on a mailing list by unregistered users an advantage?
