These are the old sources. Since kde3.2 entered experimental then Sid , they are not in use anymore. Sid currently includes KDE3.2.2 packages Regarding the including of 3.2 into Sarge, some Debian developers think 3.2 should be included in sarge, others disagree. I don't know what they might decide eventually but my guess according to the Debian spirit is that kde3.2 will left out.
