Actually Alcatel can do PPTP, PPPoE and act as a Router.

I never tried it but it seems to me that the first problem is to change the IP 
of the one modems, since the default is 10.0.0.138. Then you have routing to 
set up..... why packet X go to network Y etc, I don't know how found the ISPs 
are with routing protocols coming from the ADSL clients.
