This generally means that you have changed
/usr/share/fonts/he/Type1/fonts.scale from the original package. If so:
was it for something useful?

If you did not modify it for a good reason (e.g: a local tweak of
yours), just replace your fonts.scale withthe fonts.scal.rpmnew

Did you create the latter by running mkfontscale? the package already
provides you a fonts.scale file, so this is not necessary.

mkfontdir should probably be require if you change the fonts.scale file
(and later xset fp rehash fromrunning X servers).
