(sorry for not threading this - I read linux-il via the web archive).
I have a PVR 350 I bought almost 1 year ago from Lamir. (www.lamir.co.il). They had a single unit which I bought from the display ("metetzuga") at a discounted price (almost identical to the price the brand new 250's were costing there). They also had brand new 250's (more than one).
Today, they no longer sell any of those, but they sell the comparable Adaptec card which uses the same Conexant chip, but as far as I know its still not supported by the ivtv driver (but shouldn't be hard to support I guess).
Recently, I saw that www.digitize.co.il claim to start selling the 250/350 in Israel, beginning in July.
