I agree with Rony,
This is a lot more headache to the list members than the spam.
Personaly I find legal stuff and EULA especialy something that should
be avoided unless you have a VERY good reason.
And I'm sure it would scare away new users/make problems with people who
use their work account/create a big repeative arguments over the list.
