# chmod 777 dir-name
# chmod -R 777 dir-name
# chown -R 0.0 dir-name

don't work! chmod and chown get Permission denied

And another question: what are the mount options of that partition?
didn't understand what the question, but its mount with default options.
my guess is that i had differant number for user kfir. so now its not 
the same.
