"always-on-top" will do the trick you want.... It aggregates from all
the major new sites in Israel. Sadly, these sites haven't heard about
the concept of RSS or Atomic yet, so one has to handwrite parsers and
converters to aggregate the news.

About glz - Linux fans or not Linux fans, mplayer plays their stream
as well, just like any other media stream :)

Wine will probably also do the trick (never tried), but official
software will ALWAYS suck, since the goals of the software authors are
different than these of the users.
