It is off topic but fyi:
There have been companies like this around for years.
It is also a good option for laundering dirty money - fwiw one of these
companies has an office
in Nethanya. They have add'l charges besides transaction fees - there is a
signup fee , a monthly minimum
and sometimes a deposit requirement.

For Israeli e-merchants this option is generally not relevant. The average
e-commerce site in Israel
does such a small amount of transactions they're better off with Paypal if
they want online authorization.Paypal is a fixed percentage and for small
ticket items by far the cheapest option
