Michael It is off topic but fyi: There have been companies like this around for years. It is also a good option for laundering dirty money - fwiw one of these companies has an office in Nethanya. They have add'l charges besides transaction fees - there is a signup fee , a monthly minimum and sometimes a deposit requirement.
For Israeli e-merchants this option is generally not relevant. The average e-commerce site in Israel does such a small amount of transactions they're better off with Paypal if they want online authorization.Paypal is a fixed percentage and for small ticket items by far the cheapest option take care Danny Lieberman www.software.co.il +972-8-970-1485(voice) +972-54-447-1114(Cell) ----- Original Message ----- From: "Ben-Nes Michael" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: "Danny Lieberman (Barak)" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>; "Herouth Maoz" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>; "Lior Kesos" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Cc: "linux-il" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Sent: Tuesday, October 26, 2004 8:46 AM Subject: Re: automatic credit charging on open e-shops > probobly off topic but might help others. > > Recently I heard there are credit card processing companies in the US that > enable other country citizens to open account ( no need to have merchant > account or US bank account ). > > All the money go into their account and you get the money in two ways: > 1.
