I might have a use for such a server for a project I'd like to
share on the net (a-la sourceforge but with SVN).

A tcptraceroute shows that it's located in Taiwan. Is it
a reliable server with reliable conneciton? Is it praticle
to relay on it?

Well, a quick googling didn't find anybody ever complainaing on the net that it's down/unreachable/broken or things like that :-). The only thing I found was Shlomi complaining that it's slow (it is a bit).

It provides the nice ability to dump/load the whole history, allowing you to do any backups and maintainance yourself -- very nice compared
to most other sites (SF included) where you need to ask support staff. It also means that you can move to another server any time without
losing anything.
