Try rebuilding Cygwin's X. Surely you don't need all the features that
they have compiled in. Static linking will laso help. As a last resort,
try using upx to compress the executable.
But if you want a full session, why not use VNC? XDMCP is surely worse,
security-wise, than vnc over ssh.
You can simply login with ssh and run X programs, or login with ssh and
run xinitrc.
