In my previous job as CTO I: Built a team to develop an idea (a handheld gaming device). Financed initial design and writing of a business plan. Used business plan to raise "angel" capital to produce proof of concept units, improve business plan and file for two patents. Supervised patent searches. Wrote analysis of relevant prior art and similar patents. Translated ideas into patents. Took unit from idea to working proof of concept. Met with venture capitalists to raise capital.
