Ely has drawn my attention to Pootle (
http://pootle.wordforge.org/ ) which is part of
translate.sourceforge.net (
http://sourceforge.net/projects/translate/ ).
Pootle is FOSS and the translate-toolkit seem to be a
very good satrting point for every colaborative
translation work offering python tools to convert to
and from the po format and po handling tools like
pogrep that searches for strings on po file.
