At least these will be easy to find automatically and reset back to their 
original state. Imagine these closed-resolved with random dictionary words 
message. However, I find that kind of news quite worrying. The ability to 
wreak bugzilla havoc with only QA access only makes the job of choosing devs 
and trusting them a nightmare. But what about CVS access?
