Indeed Intel is very supportive for Linux (mostly in the server space of course). I did not try to generally bash Intel but rather point to a *specific* area where they totally neglected Linux (probably because we don't have RISC-based laptops like we have RISC-based servers). So -- I do buy Intel processors, but I won't buy any Centrino based equipment. Hope this makes it clear.
