Amutat Hamakor (hamakor.org.il) is now in the process of helping create a free-software based computer class in two locations. Their setup is, I believe, based on such "weak" computers like you have (or perhaps slightly less weak :)). You can try writing about to the Hamakor board ([EMAIL PROTECTED]) or Yael Vaya Talmor.
