exactly my point. I think it's a permissions thing IN THE APACHE CONF
somewhere, because it won't even list the files in question. I just
can't find this documented.
Change its extension and see if it appears. If so it has 'fancy
indexing' turned on and some suffixes are hidden (you can specify which
extensions get listed and which not). Un-change the extension and add it
to the suffixes. The config item could be anywhere.
httpd.conf->access.conf-><Directory> domain->.htconf file
