Yeah, there's the free Jabber which was made just for this use, but just to give a more complete picture:

I don't think ICQ (previously known as Mirabilis) sells that "enterprise IM" product they did when they just started off. However, Yahoo does have such a program ( http://enterprise.yahoo.com/messenger/ ), and for MSN Messenger, there's an IM Service which integrates with Microsoft Exchange -- you just enable "IM" for any AD account which has an Exchange mailbox, and violla - your users can connect the Exchange server with MSN Messenger.
