I understand that Debian take the country list unmodified from the
relevant ISO standard (whose number escaped me).
Therefore, the subject of Palestinian territories is very offtopic here.
If you want to change the way they refer to Judea, Samaria and Gaza,
then appeal to the body responsible for maintaining that ISO standard
and don't bother us here.
I am sure you can find one or more mailing lists or Web forums, which
deal with territory naming issues by ISO what-is-its-number. Discuss
there whatever grievances you have with the Palestinian issue.
